Our History

In 2020, it came to light that the morale, energy, and performance of businesses and employees were at an all-time low due to the global pandemic. As a continuous improvement engineer, Milan Soul developed many ideas to help motivate his team. It soon became evident that a little thank you in the form of gadgets, experiences, and weekend getaways kept the morale and spirit of the team alive.

The new idea soon increased productivity by 18% and gave his team a reason to go above and beyond as they were being rewarded in a much more personal, meaningful way. Soon after, Milan made it his mission to ensure all employees across all disciplines feel rewarded and thanked for their day-to-day hard work, giving back to the employer and the business in means of productivity improvements. This became the start of Brownii Points.
