Brownii Point cards are only available to be purchased by business/corporate authorised users. The idea is for the cards to be handed out as often as possible to reward employees that go over and beyond, create a positive culture and encourage good business practices.

Brownii points will issue 2 free of charge Brownii Point Cards to businesses on a monthly basis. If you wish to purchase additional cards, then please login to your Brownii Points Hub and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page to purchase more Brownii Points Cards.
If you have tried to make a payment and received an error this likely means your bank has refused the transaction request. Sometimes you can tell why it was declined by reading the response code, but only your bank can confirm the specific reason. The most common reasons for declines are: Incorrect credit card number or expiration date, Insufficient funds, The bank declined based on location, The bank’s fraud rules blocked the transaction, Using autofill or scan card option when entering in payment details. Please retry and manually type in the card details.

Once you login to your unique account, you will see your points on the top right of the screen.
Once you log into your account, you can either click on your points balance on the top right hand side of the screen or simply go to your accounts, My Cards and them click in Redeem Card.

Unfortunately, no. You can only buy items with your points that are equal to or less than the points you have available at your Balance.
Each Brownii Points rewards card is valid for 24 months. After this your card will become invalid. Once you have redeemed the points and added it to your balance in Your Account, you will have all the time in the world to spend it given you are still employed by your Account Holding Company.
In simple terms, the company you were employed with that created and signed up to Brownii Points.
To report a lost or stolen Brownii Points Rewards Card please call the customer service Helpline immediately or send us an email. We need your Account Holding Company to verify your statement. We also reserve the right to ask some additional security questions to confirm your ownership of the card and funds. A re-issue fee of £5.00 will apply.
Brownii Points cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying us with full details. As soon as we are advised of the loss/theft of the card, Brownii Points can block the card to prevent any further spending on the card, however we will require written confirmation of the loss/theft before we can replace the card.
